Almond Puffs

Ingredients

Boil together 1 stick oleo and 1 cup water, add 1 cup of flour, beat with mixer, add 3 eggs one at a time, beating after each one, add 1 tsp almond flavoring

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake 35 minutes at 350. Do not underbake, should be golden brown

Frosting

1 cup powdered sugar

1 Tbsp. milk

1 Tbsp. softened oleo

1 tsp almond flavoring

Mix together. I like to dip each almond puff into the frosting but you may drizzle it over the puffs.

Directions

This recipe makes 3 dozen almond puffs. They freeze very well if you have any left.
